Day 5 — What is one area of my life in which I would like to make improvements and how can I do that?

Yesterday, I wrote about what I like about myself.

Today, I write about what I’d like to improve. Personally, I’ve struggled with body confidence for a long time.

Over the last 4 years, I gained a decent amount of weight. And I’d really like to get back to a place I’m comfortable.

What I’ve learned along the way of trying different diets and workouts over the last couple of years is that it’s not about the weight.

It’s about me being confident in whatever body I am in. And I’ve gained a lot of self-confidence in this area.

However, I want to be healthy and comfortable. So what I’d like to improve is building better healthy habits to eventually lose the weight. But, I don’t want to fixate on numbers.
